It took over 5 min of charging to get the battery enough power to start the car. Then another 20 min of running it just to get it free of the layer of frost built up around it. By the time I got back into the house I couldn't feel my fingers. They actually ached as they thawed....never experienced pain like that.....

Not much going on in here, other than trying to get un-fat...this is a slow process for me.

I've ramped up the HIIT cardio and cut the calories lately, and didn't have a reefed or cheat for about 5 weeks. I did however go out for dinner last Saturday, and whether this was good for me metabolically I'll never know, but I guess this can definitely be considered a cheat / free meal considering the quantity of food that was presented to us. Jennifer and I hit a Turkish restaurant for fun. Here are the courses (there were so many).

Course #1 - We each had a bowl of Lamb Soup:

Course #2 - Cold Appetizers - Hummus and Patlican Kizartmasi (Fried Eggplant Salad)

Course #3 - Hot Appetizers - Kalamar (Fried Calamari) and Borek (Cheese & Spinach wrapped in Philo)

By this point we were already full, and probably could / should have stopped, but there was more food to come:

Course #4 - Kasarli Kofte (Tatar Kefta) - 14oz. of ground meat stuffed with mozzarella cheese & Sultan Grill - assortment of doner kebab, lamb shish kebab, beef shish kebab, chicken shish kebab & asdana kebab. Translation, lots of meat.

Course#5: Baklava

We had so much left over to take home, lol. The platters were enormous.....well, at least the boys liked the fries they got out of it....

Took Evan into Toronto to visit to the Royal Ontario Museum yesterday. It was also his first time riding the subway. He called it the Dinosaur Train (since he was most excited about seeing them at the museum).

Thanks Bob, here are some more. Saturday we headed to an indoor playground. We were the first ones there. It was great to have the place for ourselves, eben if it was only 6 min, lol.

Did some more baking with the boys on Sunday. Some lemon cupcakes for JP, lol.

I also got a new bike for Nathan. I wish I had a Spiderman bike when I was a kid. Now we need some actual spring type weather to go out and ride this thing.

Working on getting back to lean mode. Right now sitting at 200C / 300P / 50F - not that great for someone who's 225.

Thanks. It seems no matter how fat the rest of me gets my legs stay lean.

Well, so much for the warm temperatures. We've dropped 15C degrees and its raining on top of that...miserable.
