My max benchpress goal has always been to hit 500lbs by the age of 25 .. I'm at 385 right now .. I'm far from my goal and I turn 24 in April .. Im trying to get to 400 before my birthday .. so what are yall goals???

long term: Bench 500+ raw IPF weighing 200lbs or less, bench 510 in competition, world record for 93kgLicensed Medical Doctor
Powerlifter
Bench Press: 560lbs
Squat: 545lbs
Deadlift: 600lbs
