Do you feel like the depletion thing worked out pretty well for you? Final photos looked great but only you know the difference between those and the pre-carb load. Just wondering.

It helped me shed a couple of pounds but that may have been water weight. No major difference in that short of a period I think. Maybe if I had been hitting cardio in a major way but I wasn't giving up any muscle. Sticking with where I was at would have probably given me the same results.
The abs were the biggest surprise for me.

I just wanted to closeout ( besides pics of coarse) with what I thought and how the stack I have been taking has helped me.

These statements are my opinion and in no way reflect the thoughts of Applied Nutriceuticals.
1st up ...........

Drive
Drive is definitely a sleeper supplement. It works but without any glaring effects. Increases aerobic capacity in most people.
I didn't notice it working at first but in these last weeks the effects have been more evident as cardio has become much easier ( well bareable anyway).
10 minutes on the bike seemed like an eternity at the beginning but by the end it seemed to just fly by and much more gas in the tank for those longer sessions. A definite must for all cardio haters.

Fat Free
Fat Free helps curb appetite while dishing out some energy for added measures.
For me the FF was much more evident on an empty stomach. It does give you the tight feeling in the stomach which you either live with or you can't.
Taking with food alleviates this big time.
I took 1 cap 3 times/day. This helped control appetite and helped me wake better in the mornings.
I did try 2 once/day and then 1 cap twice/day but felt it made me feel a little shaky inside and I don't like that feeling so I dropped back to 1 cap.
Overall helped suppress appetite and gave me some energy for the day ahead ( especially on waking).

Beta Test
Helps with strength and holding muscle mass when cutting.
I think Beta Test still has to come into it's own yet. I do feel some strength gain and I haven't lost much mass while cutting but I still don't get the full Alpha feeling yet that I have off of similar products.
Once I head back to strength training I think this will shine as a star in my arsenal.

Lipo PM
Helps improve sleep quality ,burn fat in your sleep and help you wake more efficiently.
This is the 1st product of it's kind and was skeptical at first.
This is definitely one of those things you don't realize how it works until you stop taking it.
I fall asleep 10x faster than without. I wake less during the night. When I first started taking Lipo PM I was waking refreshed but this stopped a couple of weeks after and some mornings I still felt tired ( not exhausted like most mornings before)just took a few minutes to wake.
When I don't take it I wake up and don't want to get out of bed ,always trying to get those extra few minutes in ( when you do you feel all groggy upon re-waking)but when I take it I either wake and just get up or I lay there fully awake and relaxed.
This has definitely helped with my sleeping as I regularly get around 5-6 hours.

Overall
I am very happy with how this stack has helped me in these last 8 weeks. No magic pills/fixes but tools to help me get the most out of the time and effort that I have put in.
10/10 way to go Appnut
