Hello guys, I am just curious how you guys train abs..
I do ABS 3 times a week Mondays (2 exercises for Oblique), Tuesdays (2 exercises for Lower Abs) and Thursdays (1 exercises for Upper Abs and plank)
I super set it and then wait 60 seconds.. HOWEVER, I was curious how you train abs maybe i can find a better way..
PS: Mon, Tues, and Thur are the only days i can do ABS... and ABS are my least body part to train.. thats why i only do 2 exercises (fast and I can feel it)

I train abs before every workout : weighted ball crunches, cable crunches, side cable crunches, hanging leg raises and few other weighted ab machines in my gym.
