First week of Smolov bench done
Mon. 205 6x6
Wed. 215 7x5
Fri. 230 8x4, last set was tough
Sat. 245 10x3 they were all easy
Probably going to bump 10lbs on first 3 workouts and maybe 15 on the 10x3 depending on how the sets go. For the most part it was taxing but the weights were not very hard, I feel like I could do more but I'll stick to what weights are called for in most cases.No advertising in sig line
Best lifts at <180lbs bodyweight
425x5 deadlift
265x11 squat
250x5 bench
135x15 standing military press
BW+135lb dips x5

Apollo that looks pretty cool I'll check it out after Smolov, and I know Stew, bench increase comes easy for some people like both of us so I'll see where I'm at in June. I could probably get 305 right now maybe 315 and I'm still 200lbs so I would like to gain 5-10

I'm in. It'll be for 363 (I use kg plates, but I can always put 166kg just for kicks, lol)
My best bench was 335 (paused) @ 190. Took a year off (not by choice) & i'm now trying to get back there.
I'm at 275x6 paused (good for 2 more reps, I think). I'll max 2 weeks & see where I actually am. I don't do touch & go, even in training besides under 100 lb warm ups.Crews: Ivanko Barbell Crew #52, York Barbell Club #95, Equipment Crew #59
Lifts no one cares about:
SQ: 619x1 (suit bottoms, no belt) / 507x1 (raw, no belt)
BP: 392x1 (pause bench, raw)
