    My friend says I won't get it by the end of June, I'm at 290 right now. I'm doing touch and go, anyone want in?

    I don't know if it would be possible at your weight to hit 365 by june, unless you're a late novice/intermediate and got to 290 pretty quickly. I also wouldn't recommend giving yourself a deadline because if you fail, you'll feel bad. Just set it as a generic "long term" goal. With that said, I'm in, I got a 280 lbs bench at the moment. Currently cutting down, but once I start doing a slight bulk I think I'll be able to hit it in like a year and a half.

    You want to increase your bench 75 pounds in 5 months? Thats 15 lbs/month. Not very realistic, and I dont see why you would be in a hurry just to disprove your friend.

    I'm trying to gain weight anyway I've been stuck at 200 for a while but my bench has still gone up 40lbs since September. I'm still waiting on sciatica to heal up 100% so I have nothing else better to do

    nice controlled reps, your "calculated" 1rm is 315 but those aren't always 100%. I'm starting sheiko bench tomorrow so we'll see where that gets me

    I've done 315 before. can't go by them stupid calculators really, mine that I use has my max at being 327. only thing they are useful for is gauging progress.

    Yeah I hit 225x10 pretty easily putting my 1rep estimation at 300 but my 1rep max is 275.

    I'm in for 300 paused by June.

    Lofty goal but it would be cool to see you prove people wrong. Maybe its just in my head since bench has always been my slowest lift to go up, but 75 lbs measured in a time that is less than "years" is unrealistic for me.

    It is a big goal and a far fetched one but my bench goes up very easy and it always has. I feel like I need to reach it because it gives me a big goal to strive for while my back heals. I`ll post in June if I did it. Even 350 would be a huge accomplishment from 290 in February
