and is this a good progress for about 1 year of lifting ?

Look like 14's to me maybe even close to 15's. Is it good progress? It really depends what you looked like when you started but great physique by any standard!

I think they look 14 and a halves to me. And we need a photo of what you looked like then to see if it was good progress

First pic looks closer to 15. Last pic looks closer to 14... Middle pic is useless.
