Hi i bought c4 and the label says start at 1 scoop. I have never taken any pres before and i dont drink coffee at all.
So i took one scoop(the scoop is kinda small) and it had no effect whatsoever but i kinda had energy at the end of my workout. Not over the top kind of energy but enough to do the lifts.
What should i do? Take 2 scoops ?

Definitely 17. You have a lifting comp in a week and you are training on an empty stomach and think a pre workout will replace that somehow. No chance, eat and watch your performance in the gym improve.

They don't mean a large meal. A pre-workout snack with protein and carbs for energy should be sufficient.
1/2 cup of cottage cheese with fresh fruit, almond butter on celery, 1-2 tbsp of peanut butter and an apple. Things like that.
Eat 30-60 minutes before your workout, and at the gym begin your session with a proper warm-up. You can do a full-body dynamic warm-up, a combination of bodyweight and mobility drills with foam rolling, and always end with a CNS activation movement like squat jumps or clapping push-ups.
Once you learn how to eat and energize your body naturally, pre-workouts become a waste of money.Hums the theme to Superman during planks and LYTPs. Now that you've read this, you will too.
All right boys, now watch how this is done. The key is to put it all in your groin and your back.
Take your legs totally out of the equation. Lift with your lower back in a jerking, twisting motion.

Today i had a scoop of whey+water at 1:30pm but felt uncomfortable at 2 pm took c4 as i was warming up at 4:10 and felt fine but didnt feel any pump/energy/buzz or tingly feeling like some people said they felt at first.
But good thing is i have a really good people at the club who hype each other which is very motivating.
Will try to have some fresh fruit and some protein hope that does the job.Wanna be a world class olympic lifter.

I have a banana or 2 oranges before I workout, best PWO in the world IMO, and if I'm fresh out of fruit, I'll go buy a bag of skittles or something.
I also do cardio sometime's before working out, I think it's a mentality thing, I'm all sweaty and ready to go, I usually have tons of energy after a 20minute cardio session."The reason why we struggle with insecurity is because we compare our behind the scenes with everyone else's highlight reel."

Unfortunately im the complete opposite
Last week all my workouts suffered.my legs just run out of energy after 30 minutes of heavy cleans/squats.i tried full stomach/empty stomach/protein based snacks nothing worked but in todays workout i didnt feel that maybe because of c4 but im not sure as i didnt feel the effect of stims.
Im either going to try 2 scoops tomorrow or the fruit thing.Wanna be a world class olympic lifter.

But the only thing i surely enjoyed about c4 was the taste of the pink lemonade flavor. I wanted to have another drink after i finished the workout just because of the taste xD. So good

you had enough energy to do your lifts?...op cmon meow....the only thing in a pre workout that you will "feel something" from is the caffeine...you will not "feel" the creatine or any of the other stuff in it...maybe tingles from the beta alanine...alot of ingredients in there are to increase or help performance over long periods of use...you shouldnt be relying on an energy boost from caffeine in order to do your lifting...just sayin....one scopp would be fine...if you are looking for something to really feel and gain energy from just buy plain and simple cheap caffeine tablets...even then i wouldnt suggest building up a dependance on caffeine.
