Hepl me figure out these bacon macros (UK people) (raw or cooked?)

    http://www.sainsburys.co.uk/grocerie...89949390024929

am I right to assume the label "per 100g" is for the raw weight? It doesn't specify

so each rasher should be 90 cals? If you do the math: [(275/8)/100] x 262 = 90 cals per rasher (assuming you eat all of it including the grease that drains off during cooking)

just trying to ensure my macros are on point and want to use raw weights since no way am I gonna try and account for however much grease gets lost in cooking (I eat everything including all the bacon grease)

Yes its for the raw weight; cooked weight is highly variable from water loss etc. from different cooking methods.

And good call with the grease...if its counted in the nutritionals and your macro's anyways, it would be a damn waste to not eat all of it
