    Exclamation Question: Iifym

    Hey guys I've become untreated in iifym lately but I've been so brain washed by bioscience and everything that I'm afraid to do it because that stuff is labeled as "unhealthy" or "not clean". Also in afraid that my macros will be wayyyyy off like can anyone give me anytips on how to do iifym. And what you guys eat and how you do it.

    You are 16, eat what is put on the table, and if you are hungry, eat more. Things being "clean/dirty" is nothing you should be worrying about, unless ofc you consume large quantities of processed foods, and those that contain industrial trans fat too, I would suggest trying to eat more whole foods that are nutritionally dense.

    Just read the nutritional labels carefully, at least to start, and maybe buy a food scale depending on how interested you are in tracking things. A lot of guys on here don't track their calories, you get used to it after a while. The point is that you can not stress over everything and just eat what you want, when you want, within reason.

    I've been counting macros and everything for a couple if months, but I just eat the same thing every single day. It's all weighed and proportioned and everything into 5 meals a day, and I just hear like that way if living isn't healthy, like it disrupts social life and family gatherings relationships and all. And I've kindve seen it, but I think I've developed a phobia against so called "unhealthy" foods that I'm afraid to get out of this continuing cycle I'm in.

    Please talk to your parents about getting you help as there are physicians that specialize in treating this exact type of problem.
