I can do about 3 now, with my feet against the wall for balance. I would be able to do more but I feel like I'm about to pop a blood vessel with all the blood rushing to my head... Is there any chance that could happen, or could I end up passing out? Will I end up getting use to the sensation? Is it just mind over matter? How do people do it..
