Thanks for the post. I've never seen it and it is very inspiring. I could read stuff like this all day.
It's much better than seeing the "formula" tabloid news/shock journalism that is spit out every day.

I've seen this before, but it's always worth viewing again. Terrific person and even more terrific attitude. Beautiful skin tone for someone her age, much more youthful than a person would expect from someone that age. Teaches a simple but important lesson. Wonderful voice...I could listen to her speak all day and never tire of it.

Great post thanks for sharing.
2012 was a year of on and off training due to miss-hap's. I had broken ribs,pulled something under my shoulder blade. Then had a total hip replacement. Got soft around the edges. Now time for a comeback. 1st year in. So far things are going great!!
April 11th 2014 double bypass surgery. So another set back grrrrrr.

I wish I could show this to every wheatgrass juicing, vegan, yoga mat worshipper I know who really thinks that meat and weights are the devil, and ask them if they'd like to look like her. No, not when they are 77 years old. Look like her now. Because she has a better body than some folks half her age.
