On day 37. It has more of a psychological benefit. Think about it, if you can overcome the urge to fap then there's no urge you cannot overcome. It's empowering. Built up sexual energy will help motivate you in general and throughout your workouts. Gains have improved greatly, as well as focus, mindfulness, energy levels, ect.

Also, ppl love to hate on the idea of nofap, saying it does absolutely nothing. Funny cuz those ppl are the ones that have never tried/fail every time they try. Why else would they so adamantly defend flapping lol

I've tried NOFAP and I lasted about 2 days. My excuse is that I'm 13 and I'm horny as fuark. The thing is on the first day I felt amazing. Normally before I go to school my mentality is just like: "just get through this day". That night I didnt fap and I felt like : "wow today is Gonna be such a good day I can't wait until school. After school I was just so happy and full of energy.

To those who don't believe NOFAP works I say: JUST TRY IT.

If it works for you, well great. If it doesn't then so be it. What harm is going to happen by going 3 or 4 days without fapping.
