Hey so I'm gonna be going on a month long teeth whitening cycle; problem is, after each application, all I can have is white/clear foods for the next 48 hours (it'll be the entire month for me in my case since I'll be doing it daily without cessation). I've been struggling to find a cost effective way to get enough fat into the diet I'm planning.
Could anyone offer some options on what I could eat with high fat in it and fits the clear/white constraints? Also if possible, offer up some protein and carbohydrate choices too? All I've been able to think of for carbs and protein is chicken breast without skin, and white rice. I would have some more ideas in mind, but I'm lactose intolerant and also allergic to gluten, so white bread and whole milk are out of the question too.
Thanks in advance to any brahs that offer up some help!

All I've heard/read are horror stories of people whitening their teeth, then enjoying a nice coffee later in the day, or drinking wine, or eating ketchup, and having their teeth stained that color. Maybe you're using a different method?? Mine is a gel that I put in a mould that sits on my teeth for 2 hours, and gives me splitting headaches because of how sensitive it makes my teeth afterwards. I just didn't want to take a risk by eating normal food.

I'm sorry to hear that.
White pasta with a white sauce such as alfredo, tuna, cashews, peanuts, white fish, mashed potatoes with the skin taken off with some butter and 4-8 ounces of milk per 16 ounces of potatoes? Just some suggestions. Should be able to get some calories in so you don't lose a lot of weight, if any

I'm guessing you are using carbamide peroxide if you are leaving it on that long, I don't recommend that long due to the effect it can have on enamel microhardness. I import 35% hydrogen peroxide because its far more effective and only needs to be on for around 10 minutes once applied, far safer on microhardness and no sensitivity issues. The only things I avoid are coffee, tea, red wine just to prevent staining again, common sense really.

Thanks man, all of those help. Repped.
Thanks for the suggestions!
Actually considered adding that to my rice haha.
Hmm. I've never tried that variant of peroxide. The one I'm using is actually 22% hydrogen; I don't know how to get a dosage any high. I think though, that since I'll be doing daily applications for a month, it will work more effectively for me than a stronger version (say, your 35% -- which does sound nice actually). The pamphlet I received with the tubes say to apply for 1-1.5 hours, so I don't know why our times are so different :/
Dem der tasty tasty proats.
Probably uses a site like amazon (they sell 35% for food products, don't know if you can/should use that on your teeth though haha), or uses an out of country website that will ship to the U.S.When in doubt, eat more..
