    Should I Take Joint Supplements?

For as long as I could remember, I always had terrible pain in my knees. Sometimes I get the pain while running or lifting and it's the most annoying thing ever (happened to me this morning). I thought it was IT band syndrome but I'm starting to doubt that because I used a foam roller this morning before practice and I still got horrible joint pain. So in this case, should I take joint supplements?

Try 6-10 fish oil daily first (300mg total omegas per pill)

sure. I would definitely look more into it though or talk to a sports doctor, joint supps probably won't magically fix it.

If you're having knee pain, simply taking a joint supplement isn't necessarily the answer. I would see your GP.

Very true. Trying to hide a problem doesn't solve or fix it, which is what needs to be done (Not trying to sound like a hypocrite, my situation for taking it is different).
