I often feel weak in the gym seeing myself as the one of the weakest people benching. Most of my friends do around 70-90, and my strongest friend who's 14 does 190-200. He's 6'2, 220 lbs. I usually do 100 for 6-8 reps. My one rep max is 120. I'm not sure if that's a lot and if it's not then what is? I was thinking anything 135+ for someone my age but I know this site has high standards. I have a pretty big chest even though I'm not all that strong. My chest is roughly 40 inches and my arms are 12-13. I'm 5'7, 130 so not all that big. I also feel like at this age, the taller you are, the stronger you are. My other stats are a 190 squat, and 245 deadlift(max).

Depends so much on size and weight tho. for a guy of your frame, i've seen most kids who don't lift a done 1 rep at 115-145. I 1 rep 165 but I think I could get more now...

Taller does not mean stronger. Weight is a more important role than height in this scenario. You being 130 lb benching 120 is about average. If you can bench you're on body weight, that's good. However, not excellent. An impressive bench press for any person would be 1.5x their own body weight. That being said, a bench press in your weight range would be anywhere from 175-200.

Nutritional ketosis requires explicit reduction of CHO intake to generally lower than 50 g/d and, for some, <30 g/d. Protein must also be restricted, often to <1.8 g/d per kg body mass and sometimes to < 1.2 g/d per kg, with remaining calories composed from fat.
