Have you noticed how most workout programs neglect certain muscles, which is why most people know 5 different exercises for one side of a body part but not the other? An example of this is abs, I know a bunch of different front ab exercises, but barely any oblique exercises. As a result, I have a 4 pack but really doughly obliques. Please list effective exercises so that I can make my obliques as strong as my front abdominals.

You don't really need to worry about hitting your obliques.
