    Certain muscles strongly neglected?

Have you noticed how most workout programs neglect certain muscles, which is why most people know 5 different exercises for one side of a body part but not the other? An example of this is abs, I know a bunch of different front ab exercises, but barely any oblique exercises. As a result, I have a 4 pack but really doughly obliques. Please list effective exercises so that I can make my obliques as strong as my front abdominals.

You don't really need to worry about hitting your obliques.

If you are doing any kind of abdominal exercise, you are hitting all your abs as well as your oblique's.

No need to isolate your obliques lmao. Go focus on other things like squats and deadlifts

Unless it's for a sport, you dint really need to isolate them
