rofl this. How is this even a world record. In a single set I do 6-7 reps of pull ups with 45 lbs. I'm sure someone in the extreme dips crew could absolutely smash Mike Chang's record. You gotta be fuking kidding me. Just another reason to despise this guy. There are thousands of people that can do this. I did 135lbs for a set of 5 in like 10 seconds. I can get 13 with 90lbs in one set non-stopping set.
