There are a lot of options when it comes down to multivitamins for you to choose. The best thing to do is take a look at the quality of the vitamins used in the product.
One of my favorite multis are Axis Labs EndoShield. It helps cover me and provide my body with the vitamins I may be lacking from my diet. I think the product is well dosed and well priced. You can get a 30 day supply from the BB.com store.
Orange Triad is another great multi with an added joint complex. It is a go to for many members here and the vitamin sources are excellent as well.
For a more cost effective multi you can check out BodyBuidling.com's multi. Nice dose of necessary vitamins as well as fantastically priced.Controlled Labs PROmore Review: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=173734971&p=1488086951&posted=1#post1488086951

Nutritional ketosis requires explicit reduction of CHO intake to generally lower than 50 g/d and, for some, <30 g/d. Protein must also be restricted, often to <1.8 g/d per kg body mass and sometimes to < 1.2 g/d per kg, with remaining calories composed from fat.

My personal all time favorite is Gaspari Anavite. I love the new orange powder! I generally get it on sale for around $15 for a full sized bottle which lasts 60 days (2 doses a day is BS, IMO). I just love how every single ingredient is a prime source and effective vitamin/mineral. Also I LOVE how Gaspari added in Beta-Alanine and L-carintein. Some people hate it just for the BA aspect, but I love it.
Another BB favorite iv seen for years now is Orange Triad, iv personally never tried it, but I hear its some pretty good stuff!Engineering Master Race
