Not saying everyone with a tat does it for that reason, but for now tats are fashionable, and so a lot more people get them. Of course, some people they do have a meaning for them, but **** like Tribals or some random Chinese writing are terrible. Mate has a sleeve, it looks epic. Do I mire it? Yeah. Do I want one? No.

In 5 years time Laser removal business will be booming because women will change what they are attracted to again, and the 80% of ****gits that got a tat for that reason will regret it.

Most professional jobs (at least the ones i have held) seem to be indifferent towards tattoos, provided that they are not gang related, offensive, gory, or otherwise to graphic. They can't ask you if you tattoo in the interview, so if you are concerned just cover it for until your probation is over and then there is nothing they can do (at least in Canada you cannot be fired for having/getting a tattoo in a visible area if its not offensive that is).

In my part time job working as a lifeguard/ swimming instructor for the municipality (government job) we had many many people on staff with tattoos. We even had parents say that their kid is scared by one dude because of all the skulls he had on his arms lol That dude worked there for like 5 years, and quite when he finished school and got a real job lol No one can really do anything about tats these days, they are so common.
