I've been watching videos and am just starting to take into account the speed of my deadlift. When i pulled this, i wasn't really conscious of the speed, but slowly seeing how i feel and getting the weight up because it was my first max since my surgery. I feel like I can handle it now and am good and can take speed into consideration. I've been readin up on that, but what else do you notice?
