Since I go to the gym by myself and am too socially retarded to ask for a random spotter, I don't even bench press because I'm too scared I would drop the weight on myself. That's why I stick with dumbbells. Max is 90 lbs for two reps though.

just take the bar off the rack, drop and push the **** out of it.... who cares if your ass comes up or if you look like your dying...if it comes up it counts amirite
EDIT: on a srs note if you try to do "perfect" form and chit you will mess yourself up... sure in the lonnnggg run you may be able to squeeze out some extra weight with a slightly smaller chance of injury buttt if youve been lifting for quite sometime, which you have, its kind of hard to get out of the form your already used to on pretty much every lift and once you try to correct using "textbook" form your weight drops down so much it kills your ego... to me not even worth it... just dont injure yourself or half squat and if it comes up then it counts in my bookSooo I wrote my own book. Finally IN. Starting my cut this week after a 11 week bulk.
On my bulk I put on 22lbs (much of it muscle memory) and got the following notable gains:
Flat bench - 165x5 to 235x5
Arms - 13.75" to 15.75"
Forearms - 10.5" to 11.5"
Shoulders - 45" to 50"
Chest - 39" to 40.5"
I've been keeping my calories at 3200 and am stuck at 167lbs. So I decided this week I'll be reducing calories to 2800. Taking this week off from lifting, fapping, cardio, and junk food.
Hopefully I can lose 15lbs within 12 weeks.
