I can't believe I'm posting this but i figure who better to ask than a group of guys! Is it weird to walk up to a guy and introduce yourself if you've never met before? And have no classes with just literally see them at the library or at a coffee shop. So basically a complete stranger. Is it too forward and weird or would a guy like it?

I would say it isn't wierd. The only way I see it going bad is if the guy somehow believes your messing with him in some way.
I for one would not mind at all.
I also think introverted guys would appreciate this more.

If you think it's awkward, though, try an indirect approach rather than straight up randomly introducing yourself...like something in regards to your surroundings, or ask him what he is studying...
