Am I an agnostic theist then? I believe in God, but can't know for certain if he exists.

The truth is we can't really know anything for certain in our physical world, 99.9999999999....% is an illusion. The physical world is mostly empty space, so of course we can't know anything for certain about properties beyond our limited physical reality.
