I am 6'4" 230lbs 25% bf (educated guess). I lost 20lbs over the last 3 months eating 2k calories on an IF diet 2 meals 1000 calories each. I am glad to have lost the 20lbs but its not enough, my body still looks like chit and obviously I lost muscle in that 20lbs or it would be looking way better. These results are slow... I tried bulking over the summer but I was too fat when I started and I hated where I ended even though my lifts were more weight and far more impressive then I have ever done.
Kinda a skinny fat guy I guess or maybe I am just a fat fat guy even though most people consider me to be in "OK " shape.
I am not lifting at the moment, no cardio and still only eating 2k calories but results are not coming anymore.

keep cutting and lifting. not sure what you expect at 25%. you look like a smaller version of chitty at that bodyweight and percent (I have been there I know)...I was 270 a few years ago...looked like chit until I got under 220 or so...once you get lower, every few pounds makes a wonderful difference.
20 pounds in 3 months is a great rate of weight loss and is not slow at all. you may need to temper your expectations!Stern Crew

When I finally hit 200lbs, I still looked like crap, I feared I was going to be skinny fat, but once I hit 175ish, I definitely looked like I lifted, because bodybuilding is all an illusion, and I was really lean, everyone thought I started riding a bike.

Are you sure your counting calories accurately? It's hard to believe you're not losing weight by eating only 2k calories per day at your height and weight. I'm shorter and much lighter than you yet I'm losing weight steadily by eating 2500 calories per day. Also you need to make sure you're getting at least .8 grams of protein for every pound of body mass.

Im also 6ft, but if I eat more than about 2100 calories a day I dont lose anything. I spend most of my work day sedentary at a PC, so my calorie requirements are lower than someone that stands and walks around during the day. That said, outside of work I'm very active, its just that the average calories I burn are lower. I have given up the concept that 2000 calories is some how magical, and instead try to look closer at what the person does on the average day.
