Hahaha thanks. I'm really trying to fix my mindset. I'm getting to a point were not every day is going to be a PR. Some days are going to be average; some days are going to be good; some days are going to be bad. It is what it is lol.
Haha my little 11 year old brother does 3 days a week. He wanted to start training so I work with him 3 times a week for like 30-45 minutes. Nothing too extreme, just learning form lol. That being said he did hit 100x3 on Squat last night... I was impressed haha.
Thanks! I think I'm actually getting a good amount of carryover from DB bench to my flat barbell bench. The Paused squats KILLED me. I like them over box squats just because it's more of a raw squat exercise versus the box squat being more of a geared exercise because you push your hips so damn far back.
Hitting deadlifts today. Probably going to go all deficit pulls for conventional then do something like 5x2 on sumo with a weight that I can pull fairly fast (thinking somewhere between 405-455 depending on how gassed I am). After that I'll front squat (no clue how heavy yet lol. It'll be a feel thing). I'll probably throw in some extra lower back work then finish up with some abs.BS: 505 (sleeves)

Not a bad day today, it wasn't amazing but it wasn't bad. I hit 205 for a full 7 on incline versus the 6 and a half the other day.Tomorrow is my squat day, looking to hit 415 for 2 or 3. My upper backs really sore from all the conventional deads yesterday... Gotta get that conv. up to 500 though

Had a whole scoop of jetmass today, delicioso.
Tomorrow is hopefully 415 for 2-3, Tuesday will be bench, hitting a heavy triple at hopefully 260. Wednesday will be deadlift day, hopefully working up to 470 for 2 conventional deadlift. Then Thursday I'm back to inclineBS: 505 (sleeves)

Lolz. Well I've been only taking 1/2-3/4 scoops a day. So it's been a bit elongated . I probably have enough for another 10-14 workouts.
Good Squat day. I back squatted 415 for 2; a complete grinder. Then I cambered bar squat 335 for 5, a PR for me.

Wow that is impressive. When is the next rock video though? is it fukked up that we all thought that was funny? lol
So you actually answered a question I was going to ask about what type of squat do you like more. What kind of dead do you like more?
I wish I was strong like you back then. Im still not but I think you get what I mean haha.
This tastes like liquid orange sorbet to me so good!!!
40 servings so it lasts quite a while if you only take 1 scoop or less .

Thanks Wish Really pushing it these last few weeks before the mock meet.
Lol... And hmmm. Right now I'm going through a conventional deadlift stage. I think for back development and overall strength conventional > Sumo. I'm just gonna keep adding weight on conventional then include some sumo deadlifts and see which one is stronger 3-4 weeks out.
Thanks! Jetmass is definitely helping. One thing I've noticed is I'm having less "bad" days were I just can't seem to do anything since I started taking Jetmass.BS: 505 (sleeves)

Thanks Wish!
That feel when waiting for your professor to post your grade on an exam...
I had a solid feeling leaving the class so I just really want to see what I got.
Training tomorrow should look something like....
Conventional Deadlifts
2 ladder
Sumo deficit deadlifts
465x2 or 475x2 depending on them feels
Front Squat
IDK. I kinda feel like trying 355... We'll see though. If I'm not feelin it I won't do it.
Then, Thursday we do some more low volume benching. I'm literally only doing 5 reps though. 135, 185, 225, 250, 275. Then incline, military press, and bent over rows. With the additional benching I'll probably cut some volume out of my incline.
Friday we return to squatting, hopefully hitting 415 for 3. I might try wrapping my knees and doing a single but if I'm toast after 415 I definitely won't. Following that I will be camber bar squatting. I really enjoy that bar. It's a whole new exercise for me lol.
Saturday, benching again. Working up to a double at 265. This will be a high volume bench day combined with close grip bench.
Still haven't weighed myself. I'm guessing around 185-195. All I know is that I look bigger and I'm getting stronger, so all is good in my worldBS: 505 (sleeves)

Lmao! It was still REALLY heavy for me, it was just easier when I actually just fixed my form haha... I'm finally starting to listen to other people. Everyone and their mother has told me I bench too wide, I just never listened haha.
Today was a GREAT comeback workout. Hit a conventional deadlift PR and everything just felt good. Body is SORE.

Yeah I'm not sure what my logic was/has been on the super wide grip. I think my trade off was ROM but it's not doin a whole lot for me lol. The super wide grip has been farrr to inconsistent.BS: 505 (sleeves)
