    17-18 cut or bulk is up to you. I think you have enough to cut and look decent but at the same time you don't NEED a cut you could bulk and get bigger first. Depends on what you want

    I don't mean to steal the thread from you but maybe this question would help you too. How much time do you think at around 16-18% body fat should we give ourselves when we cut? I'd like to continue to bulk as much as possible and then really hit up the cardio/diet.

    You do have a small gut and your sides are pretty bulky, I don't know about your lower and the size but with some mean dieting and hard gym hitting you could reach about 12-13% from the I am guessing around 17-20% you are at right now.
