    how do you account for a table spoon of oil, either used to fry in the pan or directly in your plate? how much do you suppose gets left stuck to the dish or pan, or is that negligible?

    I dont count if i cook with it, but i do count it if i add it directly to my plate or drink. That may not be the best way, but it helps me to stay sane. As long as the scale is going in the direction i want it to its all good.
