I did that and totally fuked my metabolism up, Like hard core messed up.

I lost weight sure, but as soon as I went back to eating a normal amount of food, I gained it all back. IT takes your body a while to reset the metabolism after that happens too. I'm alright now (Not thin by any means, but healthy)

If your diet isn't something you can see yourself maintaining for the long term, that is the first thing to look at.

You're quite cute, not fat, have bad posture, and don't look that fit.

I'd suggest eating at around maintenance and lifting heavy (or what is for you) to tone up. Free weights + heavy squats. Other barbell lifts optional... benching can make boobs bigger though I've heard (well, not actually, but the muscle pushes them out, so it's similar). If you want to track progress use pictures or body measurements, not a scale. I think you'd want to work on body comp rather than losing pounds.
