Okay teen bros, my dad brought in The Rack, which is an all in one gym system (I can't post links or pics yet so search it up if you don't know what I'm talking about). Basically, do you guys think that if I follow the workout routine on it I'll get ripped? I realize it will probably take a while, but I'm willing to work for it. What do you think? Is it a solid enough workout or do I still need the gym?
