Knee hurts, gonna squat what's worst that could happen?

knee started hurting after I started squatting with the intent to drop down fast and activate that stretch reflex
this was on last Sunday and my right knee still hurts whenever I push with it

missed past 2 squats on my workout days
doing icf 5x5
what's worst that could happen if I squat today?

edit: just did a warm up set and it feels like my knee is gonna get worse lol
another leg day missed

worst that can happen is you rupture an ACL/MCL, sever your tendons and break your knee cap.

Someone in the powerlifting section said it was like watching popcorn pop in his leg. Tore pretty much every tendon in his knee, ruptured quad and his knee cap snapped in half
