    Mass gainer products

    HI guys,

I'm looking to shift my supplement intake from standard whey protein to a Mass Gainer product, and wanted some assistance on what I should be looking for? What sort of nutritional values do I want in a mass gainer?

If I remember rightly, you arent able to post direct links to competitor products on here so I was wanting feedback on the nutritional content of one product I have found so far which seems quite good to me.

A Mass gainer is just a caloric dense powdered food, usually filled with carbs and a far amount of protein. If you really want to use a mass gainer I would go with one with the highest carbs / fats / protein that I could get.

You can always make your own mass gainer which is cheaper. Whole milk, peanut butter, protein powder, oats, and / or ice-cream.

It is ok. Now you will have to verify if the taste is good enough. Look for taste reviews.
How much does that mass gainer cost? Considering the list, it seems that it would more expensive than most mass gainers.
You can post the name of the product.

It's by a company called Olympus Health. The product is Olympus Health Premium Mass Gainer. It's actually a very, very competitive price (UK prices)

Just make your own gainer with a protein blend and whatever ingredients you want to throw in there to fit your diet.
