Those guys are natty? Use both methods - 5x5 and 4x20. That's what I would do if I had puny calves.

Lol. They cant be natty But nevertheless i like Ben cuz he explains the biomechanics of lifts really well with every lift. The other dude is kinda inspiring and he calls himself natural, who knows he is not that big anyway.

But then i cant do both now. I should stick with either high rep or low rep with calves for now. What are the difference in benefits when it comes to both these techniques for the calve muscles?

Do you remember me btw? I started in this forum with 100lbs and now i am nearly 135lbs, i got some tips from you on my deadlifts when i was starting out. I nearly quit workout after that for 4-5 months due to my new job and i moved to Bangalore and I was changing my home every other week. Doing the 10,000$ challenge now and it is going pretty good, link in the description

Why can you use only one particular rep range? Still, if you want to pick one, go with the high rep ranges. Here's a little tip to maximize MMC - imagine pushing the floor away from you.

Yes, I do remember you. Good job on the weight gain.
