    Am i doing more harm than good to myself

    I have been body building for about 5 years now. i took a break for about a year (JAN 2013 - JAN 2014...Work and stuff and I lost a freaking whole lot of muscle). I only recently resumed training and now I'm a bit scared im doing the wrong thing so if it isnt any trouble can I please get some advice. I have been combining a few supplements and it scares me that i may be doing more harm than good. (cross my fingers and hoping im not)..so this is what i do.. I train in the evenings after work so in the morning during breakfast I take "Animal Pak"..Then after work 30 minutes before i start my workout I take "Muscle Pharm Assault" pre-w.o supplement and "MET-Rx Amino 3000"..And then after about 2 hours of training I finish it off with 4 scoops of "Carnivor Mass''
    I just want to know if it is ok that I'm taking all these supplements together and I can continue with it or not. Please help me out here..Thanks a lot in advance for you help..

    Your timing is good.
    Would only get some fish oil to go with your stack. Either inner armour blue or bodybuilding foundation sell them and they are really good and cheap.

    NOW is also quality. The BB is a great value, however.
