I have been body building for about 5 years now. i took a break for about a year (JAN 2013 - JAN 2014...Work and stuff and I lost a freaking whole lot of muscle). I only recently resumed training and now I'm a bit scared im doing the wrong thing so if it isnt any trouble can I please get some advice. I have been combining a few supplements and it scares me that i may be doing more harm than good. (cross my fingers and hoping im not)..so this is what i do.. I train in the evenings after work so in the morning during breakfast I take "Animal Pak"..Then after work 30 minutes before i start my workout I take "Muscle Pharm Assault" pre-w.o supplement and "MET-Rx Amino 3000"..And then after about 2 hours of training I finish it off with 4 scoops of "Carnivor Mass''
I just want to know if it is ok that I'm taking all these supplements together and I can continue with it or not. Please help me out here..Thanks a lot in advance for you help..
