Awesome transfomration. You ever get depressed about stretch marks tho? I wasn't even extremely obese at my peak (5'11 235lb) weight and I have long ass white lines all over my fuking belly/back/arms etc. Made me pretty self conscious even when I cut down to 165lb ~9% bodyfat. It sucks I can't do **** once they turn white .

-in 14th april 2013 I was 207,2 lbs and only with diet I went to 195,1 lbs in 2 months
-5 years long no sport at all! I started training again in 14th june 2013
-20-25 min full body home training almost every day (ca. 11 hrs / month)
-using only 2 dumbbells (~19 lbs each)
-Normal food! Without any supplements, steroids, fatburners etc. I'm full natural.

gratz brah.. i would have love to start as fat and just lift and reduce my food to look good. But i had to start skinny as phuck and force feed to the verge or throwing up just to gain weight. Also with fat you have some strength. Skinny you can barely lift the bar. not to take away anything but starting skinny is harder.
