Jagex is calling it legacy combat, go to runescape homepage and you'll see the latest poll. Log into the game and vote, it's the first step to bring back our old runescape.

This is to make rs3 back to old combat system, poll goes for another 2 weeks if they get majority of the votes for it they will add it back into the game.

ClanChat was just talking about it, apparently it's going to be interchangeable on the same server as EoC, so how the fuk will that work out? They'll bring back the old interface and take-away the abilities bar pretty much..ETA is Summer of this year..and before you get the wrong Idea it's not Pre-EoC...only the old combat system.

It's a start. In my opinion it's worth voting to make it happen and then seeing how they run it with the current game.

Man, I want the old chit back but I don't want to risk a few months of hard work just to have another bullchit update and make me waste it all..I spent at least 2 months in soulwars trying to complete a obby mauler and only had it for 1 week then the EOC update was announced..I ended my membership and gambled my bank away..had a purple phat..

This game kept doing that chit, stupid jagex keeps on ruining the game..il login and vote tho, just incase I ever decide to play again(most likely won't)

I saw some sort of revert coming so I left my maxed pure as it was. Although my bank was given away day of eoc, it's not hard to get quick cash

How would it work being interchangable with eoc? EoC was the worse god dame update ever. Runescape was amazing because of its simplicity, then they tried to hard to be like other mmos and ruined it. At least runescape questing is still better than most other games.
