i didnt get the 515 bp with great form, i did 495 a few months ago and thought id step it up past 500, 505 wasnt too hard thought id bring up another 10 but the bar tipped a little bit and i struggled to get it up so if you want to consider it a 1rm than that is definetly the most i can do, one more pound and i would have probably killed myself did this today my shoulder feels like **** ill just do reps with 495 from now on i think
