Hey, about 6-7 weeks ago id bulked upto 225lbs at 6'ft... so i started cutting as summers only around the corner... anyway cut a long story short im now weighing in at 200lbs but im struggling to lose the last bit of fat ie.. stomach etc.. at the moment im consuming 2500 calories which im tracking with my fitness pal. But ive plateau'd and to be fair i cant see dropping calories lower than 2500 will work as im not exactly small, i worded my TDEE out at 3100 so in theory i should be in a deficit of 600 approx. its driving me insane, on a positive note ive introduced HIIT for 10-15 mins after each workout and starting next week ill be starting circuit training. One thing i was going to try is 'Reverse Dieting' as i think my metabolism has crashed so reverse dieting should ignite my metabolism if i increase calories 5% (125 cals) per week.... whats opinions on this ? i think ive still got a good 10-15lbs to lose yet aswel..... Any help would be much aprechiated bbers! Thanks brah's

How long have you stalled?
Also, you are going to have to go below 2500 at some point if you want to continue to lose weight.Beginning Weight (1/13/2013)- 245

Theory takes a back seat to results. Your results indicate that your current combination of intake and activity does not result in additional weight loss. This is more valuable information than any calculator can give you.
That being said, as the above poster mentions -- how long have you been stalled? Are you weighing every day and looking at average weekly weight? Do you use a food scale?Training log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=160275721&pagenumber=

^^ this.
Your metabolism has not crashed. That happens extremely rarely and only if you're not meeting even your BMR in calories for quite a long time. Losing 25lbs in 6-7 weeks is a lot honestly. Probably a fair amount of water weight. Recalculate everything and adjust accordingly making sure you weigh and measure all your food. You've done such a great job, now isn't the time to slackOwner of So-B-Fit

It's the safe advice.
To be honest, 2500 calories is a good amount of calories so you don't have to worry about prematurely dropping more when you hit a plateau.
A two week stall is plateau enough for me, ain't nobody got time to wait 1 month to see a change and I'm guessing you don't want to prolong a cut because of a plateau.
Drop your calories to 2400 and see how your weight changes by next week.
Edit: Of course if you were dieting/cutting at really low calories (i.e. 1500) I would not give the same advice I just did.

Drop your calories.
1. They seem very high to be cutting on for starters.
2. You have stalled albeit for a short amount of time.
I'd take 200 from that and resume.*Cutting for life crew*
