Seen this cup before and i like it a lot! Easy for pre and post drinks when im on the go around my school campus. My favorite pre meal is always a piece of grilled chicken and green beans on my way to class to the gym usually like 45 mins before and my post meal is my new protein smoothier (just got a blender in my dorm room) which is 2Tbsp PeanutButter, 2 Scoops whey, 1 full banana, 12oz Unsweetened almond milk and Ice!MuscleTech Supporter

Liked your FB-page! My favorite pre-meal must be some processed sour milk with oats, honey and some berries. My post favorite meal is probably some chicken wook with brown rice combined with soy sauce! It's the bomb.
Would love to get a transparent one.

favorite pre: come ready protein bar peanut butter chocolate pretzel.... 2 hours later I take 5 tabs of potassium nitrate
favorite post: spaghetti mixed with tuna, as well as 2 eggs topped with 2 cups stir fry vegetables. with hotsauce sprinkled on both. mmmmmhhmmContrary to popular belief, I dont actually bench 900lbs, as stated in my username.

3. My favorite pre as of yesterday is pump extreme, and beta-cret, from promera sports.
I received some free samples from them and These 2 products together gave me a sick pump, not to mention I set a pr on bench. So I was pleased.
And for post workout I take gluta-blast and six star whey protein.

My favorite pre-workout meal is something with simple carbs; maybe a carb supplement or even chocolate or candy bars for fast digesting energy. My favorite pre-workout drink would be a supplement with a decent amount of caffeine and beta-alanine.
My favorite post-workout meal would be a balanced meal of proteins, carbs, and fats or just a protein shake if it's late.Last edited by ChosenBrah; 01-30-2014 at 02:41 AM.

Sweeet been wanting to get my hands on this shaker since last year when I saw Larissa using it on her instagram.
My favorite pre-workout meal is 6 eggs. My favorite pre-workout drink would be either Muscle Rush, Ritualnor Hyde.
My favorite post-workout drink is a protein shake and our later I'll always eat the samething which is my favorite post workout meal, whole wheat past with tuna.Army Veteran, OEF.
