It has been a long process. First few years I was just winging it with no knowledge of diet and nutrition.

Well I found IIFYM and flexible dieting almost 7 months ago now. It has completely changed the way I eat. I was doing the dirty bulks followed by a crash diet and ending right back where I started. Now that my diet is in check and I am tracking what I am eating I am seeing great progress.
I am very active so I am currently lean bulking on 3900 calories. 200 Protien/ 85 fat/ 30 Fiber/ The rest Carbs.
For the past 12 to 14 weeks I have been doing a Pull/Push/Legs/Pull/Push/Legs/Off split.
Now that I am getting stronger and the weights are getting heavier (also have been cleared to do squat again after rehab from back injury) I am thinking of switching to 3 day squat week like Starting Strength style modified for bodybuidling.

Arms have grown. I am genetically challenged in those but my shoulders make them look smaller than they are. My weight is a bit low because of leg development. I had a problem in my L1/T12 vertebrae that took almost a year of physical therapy. I was cleared not too long ago to start hitting them hard again.
Current Lifts are
Bench Press 315
Squat (havent maxed in over a year but back to working sets of 260 3x5)
Deadlift 405
Shoulder press 215
Hanging Pullups with 80lbsx5
I am 27 now and do physical labor so I am no longer going for the strongman stuff. That being said I still like to push myself. Future strength goals are 350 bench press, 405 squat, 500 deadlift. But my real goals are to be around 185 10 percent body fat. I am in this for bodybuilding not powerlifting.
