height/(arm length*2)? Because arm length * 2 should = height. (as they say)

445x2 today big PR, 10 days out. A 500lb squat at 198 might be in the cards for me. Loving these SBD sleeves.

After seeing a hard workout you may want to complain and want others to pity you for the work you have to do. Your mom will pity you. Your girl will pity you. I may pity you, but your competition will not pity you. They will step on you, walk over you and spit on you. Boris Sheiko

It may be a stretch, but not that much. If it were a triple, I would say 500 no problem. Even though it was a double, there was a lot of activity between reps....so with a bit better reps 3 may have been there. Good third IMO.
Randoja....while all the activity between reps?Strongman Training Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=138026593

Do it!
Thanks man 445x2, I hit 465 already this training cycle. I think it's my time for 500.
Between reps I like to breath and reset. After the 2nd rep I was just messing around looking at the camera before I reracked it.
I plan to deload, I'll bench tomorrow, hit my 3 openers on Saturday (7 days out) and then pretty much chill all week.Purus Labs Representative

Your life, but I assure you all that moving between reps is not going to go so well when you are moving the heavier weights. Letting out part of your air and drawing it back in while staying tight is one thing. Doing the Cupid Shuffle is another.
You got the same chart I do. It has never really let me down on any lift.Strongman Training Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=138026593
