1- how much sugars is Ok a day from natural sources like fruits ,chickpeas,veggies.
2- fed up of eating sweet /white potatoes and white wild rice for post workout with my chicken breast
IS spaghetti or noodles ok to put while on a CLEAN BULK .
should i choose durumwheat or whole grain or white flour at this time to get the carbs

1. Keep fructose intake below 50g. Total sugar intake will vary with the individual.
2. Completely fine if they settle okay with your stomach and fit into your micro and macro nutrient intake.
Food avoidance is only to be applied when:
1. They contain artificial trans fatty acids (see my signature).
2. Contain things that don't settle well with you (i.e., intolerance's, allergies, metabolic dysfunctions, etc.).
3. Allow you to consume >50g total fructose from all sources.
4. Do not fit into your goal macro and micro nutrient goals.
Food choices are generally very irrelevant to body composition, with the exceptions being ^ (If I didn't miss any).

thanks a tone mate . wish guys like u would exist more, who would just answer and explain rather then guide to stickies.
ok. cleared my doubts on sugars
but what about the pasta which one for post . as its fitting my macros but dont know which one to choose pasta ,spaghetti or noodles . right now im trying to take 1.3-5 gms of carbs per day but am sitll short of 40-50 gmsLast edited by samit; 01-28-2014 at 11:55 AM. Reason: digit mistake
