1. Are the foods OK?
2. Are bagels OK? My ones are wholemeal or 'wholewheat' as North Americans seem to say but they contain wheat gluten.
3. Is a big breakfast a good idea?
4. Does it matter that my meals are not equally portioned in terms of caloric intake?
Thanks,
Felix.

1. I would say yes even tho it seems like a boring diet. I would maybe add some diversity to the veggies tho (spinach, kale, carrots...) Also, too much protein powder imo...
2. If you are micronutrient sufficent and I guess you are (even tho you should drop some powder and replace it by real food... like whole eggs) it's totally fine
3. If you enjoy a big breakfast yes if not, no.
4. No

This.
I would personally have some fun, lower the protein, throw in some more fats and carbs and enjoy life a little bit more. Simple and consistent is good, but spice it upppp.
I don't even remember the last time I ate brown rice... Hahahha. Am I the only one who hasn't had brown rice in years?Began strength training November 2013.

And people collectively spend billions every year on products they think will compensate for lack of effort/patience... people want something for nothing, or at least something for less (less effort at least... I find it interesting that people will throw away money -- which takes time to earn -- but they won't put time into their efforts).

I highly recommend you learn proper nutrition via stickies in the main page of the Nutrition Section, how to track your nutrient intake, consume less than 50g fructose daily, and stay away from hydrogenated oils, mono and diglycerides, and shortening as they are sources of artificial trans fatty acids.
