    Noticeably Uneven Pecs, Help!

Im 16 years old been lifting for a year and half now. I follow a program and lift 4 days a week. I'm 163 pounds now. Im right handed. My issue is that my left pec is noticeably bigger than my right. It has more mass, it's better toned, the whole works. It's noticeable mostly because the "definition line" on my right pec doesn't extend all the way to my armpit, it just kind of cuts off. Also when I flex my pecs my right looks like it splits horizontally into two halves while the left looks like it should.

I've been using dumbbells and putting more weight on my right side when benching and other chest exercises. Ive been at it for over 3 months and they seem to just keep getting more uneven. Any ideas to help? Could it be a muscle deformity?

    use dumbells
Contrary to popular belief, I dont actually bench 900lbs, as stated in my username.

    Supplement Stack:
    -Orange Triad
    -CreaCore
    -MusclePharm Fish Oil
    -Caffeine Tablets

Nutritional ketosis requires explicit reduction of CHO intake to generally lower than 50 g/d and, for some, <30 g/d. Protein must also be restricted, often to <1.8 g/d per kg body mass and sometimes to < 1.2 g/d per kg, with remaining calories composed from fat.

Try different forms of bench press with the dumbells such as flat benching, incline and decline. Make sure to really squeeze each peck while performing the exercise!

I am in the exact same situation as you, you literally described my chest perfectly in your post op

I have been using dumbells and it has definitely helped a lot
Focus on squeezing the weaker pec
