So Asguroth and I are chatting it up about this Walden Farms goodness, and it piques my interest. I look it up, see what stores carries it and inform him I'm going to check it out. He urges me to call and not waste my time, and I assure him it'll be ok. He gives me a final warning and I venture off....
To make the trip even better, there was a lovely lady who told me I had beautiful eyes!

not such a good day yallz, even though I ran this morning 5 miles. had a Horrific day at work. after 3 months of not drinking (not cuz i'm in AA or nothing), just cuz it's def not my thing and never liked it as it's not a vice of mine; I drank because I was so freakin stressed OUT and the drinks are ALWAYS flowing at work and I got 'caught up'. Drinking in my office nonetheless (this is common where I work):
1. Shot of Scotch
2. 12 oz Guiness
3. Glass of Wine
4. 2 beers
afterward, 8 girl scout cookies totaling 250 calories.
I'm pretty saucy and will probably not make it to the gym tomorrow. Kinda disappointed in myself. But I shouldn't be right? This is basically my first real real cheat day and tomorrow i'm going to feel fu**king horrible and won't be going to the gym unless it's in the night and I work from home, which I will be doing tomorrow.
FRUCK! this will either:
1. Refocus Me
2. Cause enough guilt that I'll be feeling down tomorrow and Saturday.
Today I'm human and not the Wolf. purring and NOT howling. now I've got the munchies! FRUCK SQUARED!Last edited by loseitall90210; 03-13-2014 at 04:36 PM.

Morning Everyone!
Thanks Crystal! I'm not gonna rush it, if they come to me, then I'll check it out. It seems that they hunt the people down they want to sponsor so.
Stayed up too late last night , and now it's about time to get it legs and shoulders. The good thing is that this workout isn't orthodox to his normal workouts. It's heavy weight and 6-8 reps for legs then 3 sets of ten for shoulders, will be a lot of fun.
Hoping to relax this evening and take out abs and calves first thing in the am.

Well update for the week in at 194.0. Not a huge drop only .8 lbs but its still the right direction and I am feeling more in my normal groove of eating right and working out again. Birthday celebration tomorrow where I am certain I will go over for the day but plan to hit up some cardio in the am and eat light for the first half of the day so it isn't too bad. Have a great Friday all.

4 reps was ok...5 might do the trick though. The first try at this workout took me about 27 minutes and I knocked out 120 reps with 2 x 25lb plates on my 6' bar (about 65 lbs total) after 3 minutes on the stationary bike and finishing with 4 sets of ab exercises. By the end of it, I had a pretty good sweat going and my heart rate stayed elevated for the duration.
I think before I move up to 5 reps/ exercise I am going to try loading my 5' bar with the 2 x 25 lb plates and my 6' bar with 2 x 50 lb plates. I will lose a few seconds switching bars but it will allow me to do the SLDL's, Bent Over Rows & Squats at 115 lbs rather than the 65lb which felt waaaaay too light.
Nice score on the free use of the treadmill. I know what you mean about the cardio. Sometimes it can feel like a chore. My favourite way to get it in is incorporate it into my day...like riding the bike to work instead of driving.
Nice work!"Success requires no apologies, failure permits no alibis"

Killer leg and shoulder day at the gym today!
on the menu was box squats, rack squats, single arm dumbbell shoulder press, then a giant set of single arm dumbbell side raises, leaning single arm dumbbell side raises, and standing single arm cable side raises..
The giant set was pretty much a burn out.. i did 30lb for standing db, 25 for leaning db, and 20lb for cable. it was just 2 sets, and it was a nice finisher.
The single arm dumbbell shoulder press was hard! 3 sets of 10. I did 70x10, 80x10, 90x10. Left arm isn't as weak as it used to be, i was pretty much fatiguing just 1 rep earlier than my right. Yay for progress.
Box squats;
I kinda cheated myself here. I played sacred. I did 225x8, 275x8, and 335x8. Shoulda went 365, but was too scared.
Rack Squats:
I feel like i made up for it here. Since you only go down half way, I loaded that sucker up. I managed to push out 405x6, 495x6, and 550x6, which is a new PR for rack squats! It makes a bit a noise with that much weight, So buy the time i finished, it was like 10 people gathered around me in awe lol. It was awesome. Everyone was asking how much t was and it was freaking impressive and such.

Bad week for workouts.
Good week for the diet.
Except last night.
Kids had something at school.
This is where IF can F you.
I didn't eat all day.
Didn't have time to eat after work.
ate some popcorn at that school thing.
Dropped off kids then just went nuts on a quarter loaf of homemade nut bread with butter plus I nuked some breaded chicken & had 3 ice cream sandwiches.
Probably came in just above maint.
Going to try & lift tonight since i'll actually be home.

Afternoon guys. Woke up feeling okay then just started feeling meh. My body was really sore and just felt unnatural to move around. Decided a nap would do me better. The nap has helped but I don't think I will go to the GYM today maybe just need a good day to rest let my body recover considering I been going everyday. I just plan on loading up on water and if it might be symptom of start of a cold hopefully my body will flush any toxins out of my body.

Yeah it can. I work stupid hours somedays and if i didn't bring food with me, can be tough to get a good meal or two in. When i get home, very easy to overdo it on anything
so stronk
Same issue here, brah. Not sure why, I used to be so carefree and unstressed. Now i'm way easier to anger, and stay angry for longer.
cant wait for the spring !!
Nothing big going on here. Meh day at the gym but at least I got there. Stayed 30 minutes, did deads and pull ups and a few other things and headed out, beat. weigh in tomorrow!
EDIT: went looking for walden farms stuff at local grocery stores, no dice. will call the companypositive crew

Omg guys. My diet the last couple days has sucked ass. First time in three months I've started logging a day and just given up. My protein macros have also been awful. That's probably a given. Lol. However tonight I went grocery shopping. It was hella expensive because I haven't gone in a while and I seemed to need all the expensive things. I got some new stuff to try, mostly high protein so hopefully that helps. I also did some food prep!! I'm not kuru yet, but I prepped some chicken, sweet potato fries, boiled eggs, and fruit salad. Oh also I have a cold. I had planned to do cardio tonight but wasn't feeling up to it. I did lift last night and it went well.
