Hey man, can you recommend me a solid link you can share regarding the Cube training program? I've heard about this, but never looked into it.
Nice work on the snatch grip deadlifts. This is another exercise I have never tried. Do you feel your lower back significantly more on this deadlift variation?
Damn @ 20 reps on DB incline bench--that just sounds painful/awful!

Is your explosive bench day synonymous as the Westside dynamic effort (DE) day? If yes, doing them with floor press is pretty unconventional. Floor press is a great supplemental exercise though--one of my favorites, too.

I know I haven't posted in here for a long time. I won't go into detail, but there's been A LOT of problems with loved ones the past month and a half. On an almost daily basis, someone very close to me has either been harming themselves, threatening suicide, having to go to the hospital, getting possessed and taken over by demons (if you believe in that kind of stuff), or just having mental breakdowns. -I'M- fine, these are just problems with people extremely dear to me that I feel like I have to deal with. As a result, my workouts, sleep, recovery, and all around health have been extremely affected in a negative way. I haven't really cared for logging my workouts here, but I'll start doing that again probably. I'll post yesterday's workout.
