I just would like to know my body fat %

I'm 6 feet 156.5 pounds coming from 254.4 pounds been fat my whole life so id really really like to be at 10% before i bulk.

start bulking right now.. like literally right this second man..

you cannot be serious about going to 10%, your not going to look good or have well defined abs.. your just gonna look skinny fat man.. you do not have the muscle to make going to 10% effective or logical..

take this from someone who was in a similar boat a year ago

slow bulk at 0.5lbs a week for about half a year and then check back with us for where to go next

^agreed, I'm I'm a similar boat myself, was 260, now I'm down 100lbs and look scrawny. My goal was 10% like yours is but after swing myself in the mirror I realized that that wasn't going to happen the way I had intended. Reverse diet up to a lean bulk. Like womble says, .5 lbs a week for 6 months and check back in. To me you look around 14% atm.
