Seems to me that it's almost inevitable that one must get a higher education in something involving STEM. People who do not go to college and study the right things, or who are simply not smart enough, what of them? How do we handle the humanity of it all? - higher productivity which translates to cheaper goods and services
-more HIGH END jobs (designers for the robots, programmers for the software, technicians for sales support, qualified workers in factories building the robots, etc.)

You know what happens when you take millions of people, snatch their jobs and leave em hungry? It may create more tech jobs but it certainly will create more people willing to do whatever it takes to get that next meal as well. There's enough resources, happiness, and private space to go around. The 6.5 billion world population could fit in the state of Texas. There's plenty of space. If you can reduce your labor costs, and only have to pay a power bill... this is the most efficient thing ever.
