I've been having issues with my lowerback rounding on deadlift it even starting hurting (left side of the lowerback) I can't get into the starting position of the lowerback with a slight bend on my lowerback.. I've been foamrolling constantly for around 10 mins.. dosn't seem to work? I might buy a Lacrosse ball.. But I can lift fine on sumo no lowerback rounding.
kinda like this - When I get into #2 position there's a slight bump on the lowerback:

the thing is, we are not gonna be able to know much at all from what you gave us.
you can google hamstring stretches or low back stretches. either way, if it is impacting your lifting seriously, you should see a trained medical professional such as a chiropractor, a physical therapist, or a doctor that deals with sports injuries (orthopaedics or sports medicine most likely). or an athletic trainer at your school if you have one
