I read all that and it just confused the hell out of me, math and numbers is not my strong point. Can someone help me out? Right now MY GOAL is to dump the fat. then After the Fat is gone to get big.
Right now what I do: 30 minutes of Cardio 4 MPH treadmill fast walk
Followed my 30 min of weights diff Body part everyday
Followed by tanning lol
Am I doing it right? should I be doing more? I went from 205-190 in those 41 days, not really worrying about a diet because that is the part that has always confused me
im 5 foot 11, 190 pounds.
Help me out?

I'm no where near an expert and I do not claim to be one. I have read lost of posts here and I can tell you that the majority will tell you your workout plan sucks. Go check out a beginner programs here (one that consists of a full body workout with compound exercises). Also, read the stickies for nutrition and google how to meet your macros. It is really simple to calculate, you count calories and grams of proteins, carbs, and fats. It is harder to actually count stuff you eat. Diet is everything. Congrats so far, good luck going forward. Do not spin your wheels, learn to do things the right way
